National Health Mission (NHM), Chhattisgarh has announced notification for the recruitment of State Consultant, Legal Officer, Programme Assistant, Suvileance Medical Officer-State Level, District Leprosy Consultant & Physiotherapist Vacancies on contract basis. Candidates can apply online from 02-06-2015 to 06-06-2015 till 05:00 pm.

Name of the Post:
1. State Consultant: 01 post
2. Legal Officer: 01 post
3. Programme Assistant: 01 post
4. Suvileance Medical Officer-State Level: 01 post
5. District Leprocy Consultant: 12 posts
6. Physiotherapist: 10 posts

Qualification:
Candidate should possess Post Graduate in Public Health or related field with at least 03 years of work experience in the health sector for S.No.1 post, Degree in Law with 02 years of experience of handling cases in District Court for S.No.2 post, Post Graduate degree in Sociology/ Social Work with over two years of experience of working in Health Sector for S.No.3 post, MBBS with at least of work experience in concerned field for S.No.4 post, MBBS for S.No.5 post, Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (B.P.T.) for S.No.6 post.

Selection Process:
Selection will be made on the basis of qualification, experience, interview/ skill test.

Application Fee:
For Rs.25000/- below Salary: Candidates should pay Rs.200/- for PH/ SC/ ST/ Women candidates, Rs.400/- for Other category candidates through Online/ Offline (Computerized Challan).
For Rs.25000/- & above Salary: Candidates should pay Rs.325/- for PH/ SC/ ST/ Women candidates, Rs.650/- for Other category candidates through Online/ Offline (Computerized Challan).

2. Click on the “Results & Recruitments” —-> Select the appropriate position applied for
3. Read the notification & instructions carefully before applying online.
4. Click on the “Apply Online”.
5. Fill the details carefully.
6. Now pay the fee through offline/ online at concerned bank.
7. Check the details and submit the application form.
8. An unique registration code & password will be displayed on the screen.
9. Note down the code & password & take the printout copies of application form for future use.
